He has a DNACPR in place and has been on an end of life pathway for the past 5 days. This gentleman has a background of lung cancer, COPD and gout. He has had no history of surgery, and no cardiac history of note. He unfortunately deteriorated today and and his wife Jess Tation was with him when he passed away at 20:34. You perform an examination to confirm death at 22:45.
