Mrs Tourinary has a background of myocardial infarction in 2013 and has a pacemaker in situ. She has no history of previous surgery. Mrs Tourinary was admitted with a diagnosis of sepsis and unfortunately deteriorated rapidly. She was found not to be breathing by nursing staff at 08:31. She had a DNACPR in place. No one was present when the patient died. You performed an examination to confirm death at 09:30.
