Nora Virus is a 71 year old lady who has presented to her GP on numerous occasions complaining of breathlessness and a chronic cough. She now presents with pain in her hip and back. The GP arranges a hip X Ray as he is concerned she has a fracture. Please interpret the following hip X Ray.
